As your adoption midwives, Jenn and Erin have three goals:

  • Empower adoptive couples with knowledge and support to achieve their adoption dream quickly.
  • Use research and experience to coach adoptive families with skills to support their birthmom and their adoption dream.
  • Give Back*.  Service is part of who we are.  We also believe all adoptive families and birthmoms should be treated with fairness and respect, and we strive to practice integrity based business.

* We partner with an orphanage and community programs in the mountains of Guatemala to provide education, nutrition, and safe living in a responsible manner.

Jenn Swapp

Jenn’s biggest surprise came when she discovered she would have a baby nine months after adopting twins. Her family grew from four children to seven in one year!

She has worked with a wide range of families: those with no children, those with many, those who had to wait years with local agencies, or those who were scammed and misrepresented. She’s helped empower families to handle the uncertainty of adoption with the proper skills and confidence. The one thing every family that's worked with Jenn has in common– they’ve all successfully adopted.

As a previous birthmother caseworker, as an adoptive family coach, and as a consultant for an adoption advertising company that managed over 100 adoptions a year, Jenn knows how to make your adoption happen. She knows with the right services you can match more quickly than you think, and by focusing efforts on positively supporting the birthmother, you can improve your success rate.

Erin Sanofsky

Erin’s biggest surprise came moments after selling her last baby items at a weekend yard sale. Her youngest adopted child’s birthmother called and asked Erin if she would like to adopt his biological brother who had just been born that morning. She now has five children.

As a former director of supportive birthmother housing, and as a birthmother caseworker, Erin has helped hundreds of birthmothers through the adoption process. Her one-on-one association with each birthmother has made her intimately aware of their fears, concerns and motivations.

Erin's time-proven system of training and coaching adoptive families how to understand and support their birthmother increases the likelihood of a quick and successful adoption.
